White Cap is seeking a supervisor to lead the Inventory Control Team in ensuring accurate warehouse inventory. You will supervise daily audits, coordinate analyses, and drive process improvements while maintaining service levels and budget goals.

The role requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 5+ years in a related field, with preferred experience using Oracle and forklift operations. On-site work environment in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; 5+ years of experience in a related field; certification may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet departmental budget goals, service levels and accuracy goals.
• Record adjustments, pallet audits, store discrepancies and warehouse pulling discrepancies and report them weekly.
• Track discrepancies.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Receive products from vendors to check for quality.
• Train Inventory Control Clerks.
• Coordinate and develop inventory analysis process.
• Recommend improvements to departmental processes and procedures.
