Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor in Plainfield, IN for first shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm). The role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy, controlling shrink, and adhering to service levels, with a national pay range and a posted annual pay of $70,000.

The position requires knowledge of key inventory systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Benefits and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure: Care, custody, and control of customer inventory; Accuracy (to floor and customer book); Proper utilization of information technology
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned

Position: Inventory Control Supervisor

Pay: $70,000.00 annually

The Inventory Control Supervisor role has a national salary range of $55,000 - $90,000.

For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $90,000, Washington is $80,169 - $90,000, New York is 62,354 - $90,000 and Colorado 57,500 - $90,000.
