Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking an Inventory Control Stocker under the Supervisor Steward to ensure accurate and efficient control of all food and beverage inventory across the F&B department. You will manage product deliveries from vendors, monitor daily stock levels, perform par-level reviews, and submit required paperwork to Accounting while maintaining FIFO and quality standards.

This role requires basic computer skills, willingness to work in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a storeroom/inventory control operation required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Related experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Food & Beverage products from vendors for all venues and maintain daily FIFO inventory.
• Monitor received products for accuracy and quality; submit paperwork to Accounting.
• Maintain par levels and perform monthly physical inventories; date and label items.
• Restock inventory and deliver to internal/external customers; assist with offsite deliveries.
• Perform other duties to support department efficiency.

Underthe direction of the Supervisor Steward, the Inventory Control Stockis responsible for accurate and efficient inventory control of all food and beverage products that supply the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department.Maintains and stocks all F&B related inventory at variouslocations andvenueswithin the Enterprise.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Managesthe delivery of Food & Beverage products from vendors for all venues andmaintainsaccurateand efficient daily inventory levels of these products and supplies. Monitors received products and supplies to ensure quantities areaccurateand quality meets established standards and specifications.Maintains andsubmitsall required paperwork to Accounting and performs daily transfers as an accountability measure.Monitors inventory daily to ensure adequate supplies are on hand to meet projected needs based on established par levels.Ensuresallitems arereceived,rotated, stored, and issuedin accordance withFirst-In-First-Out (FIFO)operational standards.
• Recommendschanges to par levels based on changes in inventory usage to ensure adequate supply on hand while minimizing waste. Performs monthly physical product inventory onlastday of every month. Properly dates &ensuresproducts are correctly labeled during receiving.Delivers products to internal & external customers as required &attainsany signatures needed to ensureproper documentation.Accountable for reporting of safety violations & or of any real/personal propertydamage (including enterprise facility & structures).
• Reviews catering/banquet event formsand menus with Chef’s.Ensures requisitionsforms are completedspecific to products needed for food specials.Receives items requested for artists & entourage for weekly entertainment. Reports all corrections and requests changes inEatecas needs arise. Communicates with Purchasing and/orCulinarymanagementEatecconcerns on any delivery shortagesor miss-picks. Restocks Food & Beverage inventory at venues as needed to avoid depletion of product.
• Cleans, prepares, and organizes allfood &beverage storage areas as assigned. Receives clean linen and distributes to assigned venues.Collects soiled linen from all venues.
• Ensures offsite product deliveries are executed properly.Checksout keys as needed, for Food & Beverage off-site deliveries.
• Performsotherdutiesasassignedtosupporttheefficientoperationofthedepartment.

Education, Experience And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a storeroom/inventory control operationrequired.
• Must be aminimum21 years of age.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (ksa)

• Basicproficiencyin Microsoft Outlook and Word isrequired.
• Experience working withEatecsoftware preferred.
• Must be able to read,writeand communicate in the English language.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Must be able to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busyperiod(s).

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS

• At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must obtain andmaintaina current Food Handler’s Card.
• No Driving Responsibilities: Role does not require a driver’s license or insurance.
