Job summary

StationServ Holdings, LLC in Longview, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory accuracy, publish reports, and support service delivery for technicians and construction crews.

You will coordinate year-end counts, maintain part numbers and bin locations, monitor cycle counts, handle daily transfers between warehouses, and help implement new inventory software while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of MS Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support counts at other warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and exceed established inventory accuracy goals.
• Publish reports, analyze data, track performance, and communicate results with corrective actions.
• Coordinate year-end inventory and cycle counting.
• Set up and maintain part numbers and bin locations.
• Monitor and document inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Handle daily part transfers between warehouses and technicians.
• Receive incoming inventory and analyze data to determine stock requirements.
