Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Stocktaker to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse. The role involves counting merchandise on the warehouse floor, reconciling counts with the database, and assisting customers in locating products.

Responsibilities include weekly cycle counts, lifting and moving stock, using the LRT Gun for counts, and researching discrepancies in the JSS system. A customer-friendly approach is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly cycle counts
• Walk through warehouse to different departments to count product
• Scan product with LRT Gun and enter quantities counted
• Move product as needed to ensure accurate counts
• Enter security cage and count product while lifted as needed
• Research in proprietary computer system (JSS) discrepancies between physical count and count in the database.
• Drive Scissor Lift as needed
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
• Assists customers with product location and detailed information when needed.
