Job summary

EIS Legacy LLC seeks an experienced Inventory Control Specialist in Georgia to support inventory accuracy, warehouse management, and production-related processes. The role will work extensively in SAP to maintain accurate inventory data, resolve discrepancies, and assist with cycle counting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management experience.
• SAP experience in MM/WM/PP modules preferred.
• Above-average Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support cycle counting and inventory reporting.
• Monitor and maintain SAP inventory data (SLED, batch, material information).
• Research and resolve warehouse and inventory system errors.
• Process inventory adjustments, scrap transactions, vendor credits, and E&O transactions.
• Manage bin locations and warehouse master data.
• Support stock reallocations and inventory movements.
• Maintain packaging and production supply inventory.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory metrics and dashboards.
• Review and clear warehouse inventory exceptions.
• Support batch management and material traceability requirements.
• Assist Production with inventory and material-related issues.
• Support production order confirmations and BOM transactions.
