Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking an Inventory Associate in Westminster, MA to support accurate inventory control and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse, and safely handle materials.

Responsibilities include receiving, scanning, counting, and organizing inventory, using handheld scanners, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience required.
Ability to read and understand English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, scan, count, and organize inventory accurately.
Use handheld/TC scanners to track inventory and update warehouse records.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations against inventory documentation.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or missing items.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure materials are stored in the correct locations.
Assist with organizing and moving warehouse materials as required.
Safely handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and team lift heavier materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to supervisors or management.
Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
