Job summary

You will analyze usage trends, coordinate with manufacturing and shipping, conduct cycle counts, close monthly inventory, and generate KPIs to improve accuracy and efficiency while maintaining 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, reconcile, and maintain inventory records for materials.
• Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to prevent shortages and excess.
• Track inventory transactions in the ERP system and ensure accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly inventory closing activities and variance analyses.
• Generate inventory KPIs and reports to support operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory control.
• Adhere to all policies and maintain 5S standards.
