Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to serve as the in-store subject matter expert on inventory movement and item resolution. You will focus on shrink mitigation and training Team Members on inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining count-ready backrooms and yard integrity, collaborating with Loss Prevention, and overseeing inventory adjustments and annual counts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 2 years of retail inventory, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store inventory accuracy and the integrity of count-ready backrooms, cap stock, and yard.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Corporate Inventory Control on shrink concerns.
• Enter, modify, and audit inventory adjustments.
