Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Prescott Valley, AZ to provide admin support to Inventory and Customer Service. This role monitors inventory levels, conducts stock audits, and maintains records in SAP and other systems.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong time management and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Monday-Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work outside of a typical work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Inventory and Customer Service.
• Multi-task, prioritize, solve problems and maintain high detail.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all storage locations.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP or inventory management systems.
• Investigate inventory issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
