This multi-function role partners with the sales floor, receiving teams and retail leadership in order to maintain inventory accuracy, promote replenishment and sales while mitigating merchandise loss and shrink for the organization. This position provides customer service support throughout the store. They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Maintains inventory integrity and accuracy by executing on demand and prescriptive inventory cycle counts.* Conducts empty peg and display integrity scans within the departments and completes appropriate inventory adjustments to maintain in stocks and replenishment.* Investigates and reconciles all inventory variance reports including but not limited to negative on hand review, aged in transit, purchase order discrepancies, etc.* Reviews and distributes price change reports to department leadership.
