Job summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist/Associate to support our Distribution Center. You will ensure accurate stock levels, process orders, and coordinate with sales, billing, and installation teams to complete orders from start to finish.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory management, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Evening/weekend hours may be required during peak periods; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Process out of geography sales orders
• Prepare and review inventory paperwork
• Maintain stock levels and future needs with inventory manager
• Communicate order status to Sales
• Verify quarterly inventories and reconcile Demo Floor Inventory
• Audit reports for inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with Billing/Leasing/Installation/Training departments
