Job summary

Shearer's Waterford is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support receiving, inventory control, and warehouse duties. The role features a Day Shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime on weekends, in Waterford, PA 16461.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, research discrepancies, load/unload orders, and provide daily snapshots to meet customer requirements. Candidates should have strong math, Excel, and ERP/WMS experience and be forklift certified.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with WMS like RedPrairie or similar systems.
• Experience with ERP like Mapics or similar systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions.
• Forklift certification and experience.
• Adaptable to fast-paced automated environments.

Responsibilities

• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate locations in error and ensure proper product allocation.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound orders.
• Provide current inventory snapshots per customer requirements and requests.
• Cycle count and update inventory daily.
