Job summary

Apple's Data Center Logistics team is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accountability and security of inventory across transactions, documentation, and system reviews.

You will work with ERP systems like SAP, support cross-functional teams, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced, global environment.

The Data Center logistics team is responsible for supporting Apples Enterprise of Apple owned and operated Data Centers and Co-Locations globally through shipping, receiving, inventory and reverse logistics. We are searching for a highly motivated and passionate Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

Description

As the Inventory Control Specialist you will ensure accountability and security of inventory through transaction documentation, process, procedure verification, and system review.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior inventory management and or supply chain experience
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or similar and manual inventory processes
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multifunctional teams and providing peer leadership
• Highly motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines and handle various tasks at one time in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Experience in process improvement and standardization
• Ability to communicate and implement in a fast paced environment
• Computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Suite or Apple equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
