Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for 1st shift in Bloomsburg, PA. The role pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour with a $50 attendance bonus weekly and weekly pay.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., full-time with potential overtime based on business needs. You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and work with ERP/WMS systems to support production and shipping.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control or similar inventory experience.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Compare physical inventory quantities with system records.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and incorrect transactions.
• Enter inventory transfers, adjustments, movements, and completed production.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, inventory locations, and inventory status.
• Monitor finished-goods inventory and identify potential shortages.
• Maintain inventory reports and supporting documentation.
• Work with production, warehouse, shipping, and management to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of an updated inventory management system.
• Identify recurring inventory issues and help determine corrective actions.
