Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant at our Arvada, CO site. You will maintain accurate inventory records, support procurement and production planning, and drive improvements to optimize stock levels and data integrity.

The role reports to the Inventory Manager and operates on an on-site schedule. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control within manufacturing or supply chain, solid knowledge of cycle counting, and experience with inventory management

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
3+ years of inventory management principles and practices (cycle counting and stock reconciliation).
Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems to maintain accurate data and generate reports.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate inventory records to ensure data integrity and availability.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Support inventory audits and cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records.
Identify discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve inventory issues promptly.
Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
