Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to support the efficient management of our inventory systems and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring accurate tracking of materials across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed within authorized limits
• Establish and maintain backup sources for high-demand materials
• Analyze inventory usage reports to recommend recurring automated orders
• Generate timely inventory reports for internal stakeholders
• Foster and manage strong vendor relationships
• Accurately document goods received, and shipments dispatched
• Maintain and enhance inventory software/database systems
• Perform regular spot checks and partial inventory audits
• Assist in company-wide annual physical inventory audits
• Support additional inventory-related functions as required
  
  
  

Requirements
