Job summary

Woodward is hiring a Stock Handler to support material transfer, inventory traceability and order fulfillment on first shift. The role requires accurate stock control, safety awareness and collaboration with production teams to maintain supply readiness.

You will handle receiving, counting, weighing, packing, issuing and delivering materials, with training on first shift and opportunities for growth within a supportive Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Stock handling and inventory traceability experience.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Capable of collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina for lifting and stocking.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking from racks and preparing for assembly.
• Maintain accurate stock records and daily cycle counts.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Restock shelves promptly to ensure production continuity.
• Attach labels and ensure inventory integrity and traceability.
