Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solutions leader, is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Memphis. You will compile data from contracts, purchase orders and invoices to maintain accurate records of materials, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities include managing back orders, stock levels and replenishment, preparing requisitions, and verifying item details against catalogs. Strong PC skills and attention to detail are essential to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping required.
• Familiarity with inventory controls and stock levels.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from contracts, POs, invoices into records.
• Maintain back-order files and release when stock is available.
• Create stock replenishment requisitions and track items.
• Verify item details against catalogs and manuals.
• Identify unused items for disposal or excess stock.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
