Job summary

ResMed in Lithia Springs, GA is hiring an Inventory Control Reporting Specialist to maintain high inventory accuracy. The role supports reconciliation of cycle counts, collaborates with Finance, IT, and Inventory teams, and ensures quality by reviewing order rejects and duplicates.

The position requires 3–5+ years in warehouse inventory control, knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (Manhattan Scale WMS, Oracle ERP), and strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse with emphasis on inventory control and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP communications is essential.
• Analytical, detail oriented and self-motivated with good reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret varied instructions and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular inventory status updates to the Inventory Manager.
• Assist in reconciling Inventory Cycle Counts and troubled Sub Inventories.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Address and correct discrepancies from physical counts with Analysts and specialists.
• Review order rejects and duplicates to ensure positive customer experience.
• Work with IT to identify and fix WMS/ERP system issues.

Job description

Please note hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The Inventory Control Reporting Specialist assists in the research of inventory discrepancies that may arise from internal or external factors with the goal of maintaining exceptionally high inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Inventory Manager regular inventory status updates.
• Assists in the reconciliation of Inventory Cycle Counts.
• Works closely with Finance to monitor troubled Sub Inventories.
• Assists Inventory Analysts in addressing and correcting Inventory discrepancies stemming from physical inventory counts.
• Works closely with Inventory control specialist in addressing inventory imbalances.
• Ensures positive customer experience by reviewing, reconciling and updating Order Rejects and Duplicate orders.
• Works closely with Information Technology to identify and correct WMS / ERP System issues.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse with an emphasis on inventory control, and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP communications.
• Analytical, detail orientated and Self-motivated.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS or similar WMS
• Experience with Oracle ERP
• Domestic travel as needed

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly pay range for this position is: $23.30 to $34.96
