Job description

Formica Corporation is a leading designer and manufacturer of decorative surfacing materials, offering a variety of commercial and residential interior surfaces.

As an Inventory Control Specialist in our Mt. Comfort, Indiana facility, you will deliver improving warehouse results by managing processes and cycle counts, reviewing inventory discrepancies daily, and developing improvement plans. You will understand systematic material moves from receiving through shipping, improve inventory accuracy, resolve reporting issues, and work with management and IT to continuously improve warehouse reporting systems. Training development for warehouse teams and analysis of claims to reduce claims are also part of the role.

Additional Requirements

• B.S. in Business or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with BPCS, SAP or other equivalent systems.
• Leadership, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, organizational and/or job‑specific competencies.
• Capability to work extended and off‑shift hours on a non‑routine basis; some travel (5%) including international required.
