Job summary

Aehr Test Systems is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage inbound shipments, verify contents, and log items into the ERP system in real time. The role requires organizing stockrooms, labeling with barcodes, and ensuring safe handling to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include stocking, kitting, shipping, and maintaining traceable audit trails while complying with safety rules and SOPs. Experience in warehouse environments and proficiency with inventory software are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of stockroom/warehouse shipping/receiving/inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Receiving: verify contents against POs, inspect for damage, log into ERP real-time.
• Stocking & Storage: unpack, bin, rack, organize materials by part number or FIFO.
• Kitting, Issuing & Shipping: pick, kit, and issue parts; prepare and label outbound shipments; track transfers.
