Trillium staffing is looking for an Inventory Cycle Count associate with Sit-Down, Reach and Stand-Up forklift experience in Gahanna OH!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
(Occasional half-day Fridays or required overtime on Saturdays)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and attendance)
Pay: $20.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support daily inventory accuracy and material flow. The ideal candidate has experience operating lift equipment with an ability to drive reach truck, stand-up, and sit-down forklift, performing inventory or quality tasks, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing accurate inventory counts as the primary task of the role.
• Operate a reach truck, stand-up forklift, and sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Investigate discrepancies using deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Assist with inventory accuracy improvements throughout the entire facility.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support additional warehouse and inventory tasks as needed; flexibility is essential.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
