Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a division of Westlake (NYSE:WLK), is a major PVC pipe and fittings manufacturer with 23 locations in North America. We seek a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Brownsville, TN to maintain accurate stock, support shipping and receiving, and drive efficiency across the distribution center.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound shipping documentation, count accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with the warehouse team to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred).
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound loads and receive in WMS correctly.
• Ensure shipping docs match inventory, coordinate with warehouse staff on labeling and packaging.
• Determine staffing needs with Warehouse Lead for timely put-away.
• Monitor inbound accuracy and resolve discrepancies with other warehouses or QC.
• Repackage damaged packaging found during receiving.
• Monitor inventory counts and perform 2nd/3rd counts as needed.
• Record count errors and communicate to leadership.
• Prepare/analyze inventory reports and perform root-cause analysis.
• Adjust counts to maintain >99.9% accuracy.
• Track customer complaints in Salesforce and respond promptly.
• Investigate inventory history to resolve issues and root cause.
• Process customer returns in the warehouse.
