Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Shipping/Inventory Clerk in Goleta, CA to support shipping, receiving, and production control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role handles packaging, documentation, and coordination across stockroom and logistics functions.

Responsibilities include ensuring export compliance, processing shipment records, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training provided).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data using computer applications.
• Experience with outbound shipping vendors (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production control in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Assemble accessory kits and maintain shipment records.
• Process export shipment documentation and ensure accuracy against materials.
• Coordinate stockroom, receiving, shipping, and inventory functions to support manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with stock audits.
