Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
2+ years experience in supply chain management and inventory control.
Experience in distribution/logistics environments, preferably 24x7x365.
Strong planning, organization and communication with all levels.
Proficiency with MS Office, WMS and database systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory control and quality assurance functions.
Lead inventory audits and accuracy reporting.
Supervise onboarding, training and coaching of the inventory control team.
Maintain QA standards aligned with GMPs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate inventory data and on‑time delivery.
Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor safety, cost, delivery and service commitments in operations.
