Job summary

Leupold & Stevens, Inc. in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Parts Logistics Specialist 1 for the day shift (Tue–Fri, 4:45 AM–3:15 PM). The role covers inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and material distribution to production.

The candidate will use basic Excel, alphanumeric tracking, and standard warehouse equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, seek improvements, and maintain accuracy in processing parts.

Qualifications

• Basic alphanumeric sequence handling and data entry required.
• Proficient in Excel and ability to use warehouse software.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks or similar equipment.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Receives, verifies, and routes incoming shipments to correct locations.
• Transacts, weighs, counts, packages and labels materials.
• Move parts between steps of the manufacturing process as needed.
• Fulfill component part orders for downstream assembly on schedule.
• Perform routine inventory transactions and cycle counts; document discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently and assist with maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and department projects.
