Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Inventory Control professional to lead weekly rhythm across contract manufacturers and warehouses, manage end-to-end cycle counts, and drive corrective actions for discrepancies. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, performance, and robust reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/WMS experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Manhattan), and a track record of improving inventory control in multi-site environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the weekly inventory-accuracy operating rhythm across contract manufacturer and warehouse sites, including cycle-count performance, adjustment tracking, variance resolution, and key control metrics.
• Manage cycle-count programs end-to-end: count scheduling, ABC classification, variance investigation, reconciliation, and closure.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies across receiving, storage, material movement, and system transactions; lead root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring errors.
• Review weekly site-level results, identify performance gaps, and drive timely containment and corrective actions with internal teams and external partners.
• Compare physical inventory to ERP and WMS records, guaranteeing discrepancies are thoroughly recorded and rectified.
• Monitor partner adherence to inventory-control procedures, transaction rigor, and service-level expectations.
• Maintain inventory-control dashboards, scorecards, and SOPs; advance significant risks and unresolved discrepancies with clear impact assessments.

What we need to see:

• 8+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related supply-chain function, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate physical-to-system discrepancies and drive issues through reconciliation and closure.
• Experience managing weekly operational metrics, site-performance reviews, corrective actions, and partner follow-up.
• Experience working with ERP and WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving and influence internal and external teams without direct authority.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience supporting multi-site or global service, repair, or warehouse operations with contract manufacturers or 3PLs.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python for inventory analytics and exception reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, or audit controls and their working-capital implications.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies to inventory accuracy problems.
• APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4, and 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
