Omega Flex, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory across locations serving our Industrial Division. The role emphasizes accuracy in counts, audits, and reconciliation, with responsibility for material receiving and RMA processing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial inventory control, experience with ERP systems and Excel, and CPIM accreditation or related degree preferred. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.

Formación

• 2+ years of inventory control experience in industrial manufacturing.
• CPIM accreditation or Logistics/Supply Chain degree preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical counts, audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and problem resolution.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across locations and coordinate with management.
• Inspect incoming materials and process RMAs and vendor returns.
• Direct physical inventory, manage part number lists, and ensure accurate counts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and adapt to changing conditions.

Established in 1975, Omega Flex® is the preeminent international producer of flexible metallic piping products. With over 200 patents registered worldwide, Omega Flex® supplies proprietary products for a broad number of applications and markets, which include primary steel production, semi-conductor, medical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, residential and commercial construction, and power generation.

The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for the management of inventory in all Omega Flex locations serving the product lines in our Industrial Division.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Physical counts, audits, cycle counts, reconciliation and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a variety of product, and communicating inventory levels with management.
• Requires management of the inspection and receiving of incoming materials
• Processing RMA's and vendor returns.
• Directing physical inventory, maintaining and distributing part number lists.
• Confirming results and trouble shooting problems with counts.
• Ability to relate across departments connected to the warehouse, and with other members of staff within working environment
• Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay
• Additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of inventory policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Previous experience working with ERP and other Inventory Management systems.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with Inventory control in an industrial manufacturing environment. Previous exposure to work flow issues and the ability to forecast future inventory needs based on work load and, CPIM other Inventory Management accreditations or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferred but not required.
