Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Edison, NJ distribution center. You will oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting while driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in inventory control and strong Excel/ERP/WMS experience, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliations, and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience working with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory reporting tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and inventory performance reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
