Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Illinois is seeking an Inventory Manager to optimize stock levels, manage distributions, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
• Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control expectations.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Communicate with inventory staff to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve logistics procedures.
• Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future needs.
• Report on inventory levels and progress to upper management.
• Recruit and train new inventory employees.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.

• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.

Pay:

The range is $65,856 - $78,400 per year. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate’s experience, work location, skills, etc.
