Qualifications
- Leadership experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving environments.
- Proficiency with SAP and Windows-based systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read operational documents and perform basic calculations.
Responsibilities
- Promote a safe work environment following safety policies.
- Coordinate material transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods.
- Lead and support Warehouse Clerks; provide direction when Supervisor is absent.
- Resolve operational issues including shipping delays and inventory discrepancies.
- Train and coach team members on warehouse processes and SAP transactions.
- Ensure accurate movement, sorting, and timely shipping of materials.
- Provide coaching and real-time feedback to support performance.
- Maintain SAP data integrity and proper documentation.
- Support Leadership with escalations, staffing updates, and reporting.
