Job summary

ADAC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Muskegon, Michigan. This role is crucial for overseeing inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse control in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support Just-In-Time (JIT) production and drive improvements in inventory management.

Responsibilities include maintaining high inventory accuracy, supervising team members, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing inventory control, preferably at the tier-one or OEM level.
• 1-3 years supervisory or comparable leadership experience in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse control processes.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy (target ≥ 98%).
• Support audits and maintain documentation.
