Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Site Inventory Control expert to supervise the inventory control team and ensure high accuracy for manufacturing site operations. You will drive day-to-day warehouse activities, improve processes, and ensure SOPs and corporate requirements are met.

The role requires a High School diploma (Associate’s degree preferred), 2+ years of related experience, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Some overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed by business conditions.
• Sound understanding of inventory and material control processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Self-motivated with ability to follow through with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy at the manufacturing site and ensure schedules are met.
• Supervise inventory control team and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain warehouse metrics and SOP/ WI compliance.
• Identify and propagate best practices across regions.
• Lead and develop team through performance assessments and training.
• Uphold Plexus Core Values and drive succession planning and development.
