The role requires strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience in SAP and PIT certification.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification including Pallet Jack and Forklift is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, assist, and direct inventory counts to ensure accurate levels.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies when possible.
  • Ensure all inventory documentation is completed, reviewed, and filed properly.
  • Analyze inventory information to identify trends affecting control and report findings.
  • Train and lead inventory personnel, driving continuous improvements.
  • Communicate process improvements with warehouse management, operations, and planners.
  • Support and motivate a team to meet company goals and safety practices.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and training to teammates.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and company values.
  • Advise management on performance matters and participate in interviews as needed.
