TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control & Distribution Specialist in CT to manage receipt, labeling, stocking, and distribution of materials in the B3 Staging Area to support manufacturing schedules.
You will operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, perform cycle counts, maintain ESD controls, and ensure accurate material flow. Prior PCB/material experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

The Inventory Control & Distribution Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, labeling, stocking, and distribution of all incoming materials within the B3 Staging Area. This role serves as a critical link between incoming inventory and production operations by ensuring materials are properly processed, stored, and delivered in support of manufacturing schedules. The position requires the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety. Cross-training in other areas within the Materials Department is expected.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand and follow Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
