PFG Customized is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator in Lebanon, TN. The role supports the distribution process by maintaining inventory accuracy and record-keeping for materials, equipment, and supplies.

You will monitor inventories, post records, and ensure accuracy in counts while supporting multi-temperature warehouse operations. The shift runs Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00pm to 6:30am, at a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6 months of inventory control experience or warehouse experience in related area.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts total inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count and adjusts discrepancies.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Reviews and investigates daily reports.
• Maintains shrink at or below company standard.
• Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective/unusable items.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories. The Inventory Control Coordinator compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6 months of inventory control experience, warehouse experience in related area
• Ability to communicate information accurately
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
