• Process receipts, issues, transfers, and returns with lot/serial traceability.
• Label, locate, and organize inventory; monitor min/max levels and reorder points.
• Reconcile POs against received material; support quality with holds and disposition.
• Prepare inventory reports and suggest process improvements.

We're hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to keep inventory records accurate across raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods, so production always has the right material at the right time. You'll report to the Production Control Manager and work closely with Purchasing, Production, Shipping & Receiving and Quality.What you'll doMaintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP and finished goods in the ERP/MRP systemRun regular cycle counts, resolve differences between physical counts and system records, and support the annual physical inventoryProcess material receipts, issues, transfers and returns accurately and on time, including lot and serial number traceabilityKeep inventory labeled, located and organized throughout the facilityMonitor min/max levels and reorder points, and flag shortages or excess to Purchasing and Production ControlReconcile open purchase orders against received material with PurchasingSupport Quality with inventory holds, quarantine and disposition of nonconforming materialRun inventory accuracy, aging and obsolescence reports and recommend process improvementsWhat you needHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of inventory control, materials management or related experience in manufacturingERP/MRP experience, including transactions and reportingStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelStrong attention to detail and organization, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesMust be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (the job involves export-controlled technical data)Nice to haveAssociate's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related fieldMicrosoft Dynamics NAV experienceAPICS CPIM or similar certificationAerospace, defense or other highly regulated manufacturing experienceForklift or material handling equipment experienceWork is on the production floor with machine noise, cutting fluids and moving equipment.
