Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator (Finance) to improve supply chain efficiency by ensuring inventory accuracy and timely production and delivery schedules.

You will perform cycle counts, reconcile records, work with procurement, production, and logistics to minimize stockouts, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in inventory control processes using ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or materials management in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Inventory Control Coordinator (Finance)

In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring inventory accuracy and availability, reducing stock discrepancies, and supporting timely production and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control processes and systems.
• Assist in generating inventory reports and metrics to support decision-making and operational planning.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software to track and manage stock levels effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends and support inventory decision-making.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or related supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft and experience with inventory control software.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
