Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator who delivers friendly service, checks in merchandise, and conducts cycle counts to keep inventory accurate and timely.

The role supports loss prevention, assists other departments, and requires good communication, retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $17.75/hr

Job Duties

TheInventoryControl Coordinator would perform excellent customer service, be responsible for efficiently checking‑in merchandise, conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory management programs are accurate and timely, and other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.This can include, but is not limited to:
