Qualifications

• Two years of experience in inventory or purchasing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes minimum and maximum inventory levels, reorder points, and turn-around times.
• Maintains vendor relationships and coordinates with Accounts Payable.
• Receives, verifies quantities, and stores goods purchased.
• Obtains proper authorization for orders and requisitions.
• Alerts supervisor to vendor or guest/service issues.
