Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Administer the cycle count program.
• Maintain and report inventory metrics.
• Act as liaison between departments on inventory issues.
• Audit, correct, and report errors for process improvements.
• Research and report on inventory losses or variances.
• Print and assign daily pick lists; resolve missing items.
• Manage recall inventory and reporting.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and safety compliance.
• Follow all safety rules and report breakage.
• Maintain 100% quality and participate in CI initiatives.
