Job summary

Jamco America Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk 2 for our Everett, WA facility. This temp-full-time role focuses on receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing materials to support production and inventory operations.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, packing, labeling, and maintaining accurate pick lists and inventory data in our systems. Candidates should have 2–3 years of related experience and the ability to read procedures and orders.

Inventory Control Clerk 2

Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 Hourly

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

Receives, stores, tracks, and distributes materials and products to support production and inventory operations.

• Receive, store, organize, and distribute materials based on work orders, schedules, pick lists, and requisitions.
• Fill material requests, kit project parts, and prepare orders for production, packing, or shipping.
• Label and arrange inventory for accurate identification and efficient retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates and report shortages or expiring materials.
• Record material transactions and maintain accurate inventory and pick-list data in computer systems.
• Process incoming materials and maintain organized storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, operating instructions, and written, oral, or diagram-based directions.
• Basic computer/data-entry skills with strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
• Effective communication, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Driving Requirements

Company vehicle operation may be required. If applicable, employees must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment and frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, with sufficient close vision to perform assigned duties.
