Job summary

RONA invites you to join our dedicated inventory management team to ensure accurate stock data and efficient store operations. You will generate and analyze critical reports, manage inventory inputs, and support price adjustments while maintaining data integrity.

We value analytical thinking, independence, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problems. This role contributes to smooth store performance and community service goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze reports such as sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and checkout error records.
• Enter and adjust store inventory data, perform cycle counts and related batch processing.
• Conduct price override adjustments and manage SIU forms as needed.
• Troubleshoot IT issues impacting store operations and support the team.
• Assist with other inventory-related tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Your role:

• Generate and analyze various reports such as sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and checkout error records
• Enter and adjust store use inventory, cycle counting batches, and other inventory-related data
• Conduct price override adjustments
• Collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms
• Troubleshoot IT issues with store operations
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Ability to maintain accurate data integrity
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide support to other team members
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Prior retail, warehouse receiving, and logistic experience an asset
