Job summary

COCOLAB is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to keep our Las Vegas warehouse accurate, organized, and audit-ready. You'll own day-to-day stock counts, receiving, and reconciliation across our systems so the fulfillment team can ship orders promptly.

This role suits someone who is precise, systems-minded, and takes pride in a clean, well-organized warehouse. Full-time position with standard hours, occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory control, warehouse, receiving, or stockroom work (2+ years preferred).
• Comfort using a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory software, or ERP; strong basic computer and Excel skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand or walk for a full shift, and use basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack; forklift certification a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently once trained.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS) and flag data discrepancies.
• Organize and label stock locations to support fast, accurate picking and putaway.
• Track slow-moving, damaged, or expiring inventory and route it for markdown, return, or disposal per company policy.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Partner with the fulfillment and purchasing teams to flag low-stock or overstock situations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with safety guidelines.

About the role

Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or overtime coverage during peak seasons and inventory counts.
