Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Inventory Control Clerk in Colorado Springs to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and issue materials on time.

The role suits detail-oriented individuals who can work independently after training. Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory picks, organizing the warehouse, and providing backup for shipping.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using an ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
• Able to conduct cycle counts and inventory picks
• Willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic warehouse inventory activity
• Conduct cycle counts on an ongoing basis
• Conduct inventory picks to satisfy job demand and issuance to projects or customers
• Execute timely issuance of materials
• Organize the warehouse and all related inventory
• Be able to work independently after proper training
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide back up support for Shipping
• Execute other duties as assigned

The Inventory Control Clerk plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, executing timely material issuance, and ensuring an organized and efficient workspace. This entry-level position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently after training, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all inventory-related tasks. The role also provides opportunities for hands-on cycle counting, material handling, discrepancy investigation, and occasional support for shipping activities, with the potential to transition from a Kratos temporary assignment to a permanent position.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
