Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Location: Lancaster, TX 75237

Shift: Sat – Wed 6:00am - EOS (2:30pm / 4:30pm)

Start date: Saturday 6/21/25

Job Description:

  • Complete multiple daily inventory cycle counts
  • Previous experience with WMS and RF scanners
  • Operate order picker forklift, reach lift, and door truck
  • Accurately account for all inventory related to meal kit production
  • Ensure FIFO rotation throughout the facility
  • Manage requisition of product from storage to production
  • Record all inventory changes and input data into the warehouse management system
  • Confirm product quality and quantity after receiving processes
  • Understand inventory needs of the Preparation team to meet production targets
  • Communicate significant inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team Lead
  • Resolve problems related to inventory, product quality, and yields
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience / Education:

  • High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience; Associate Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with inventory mobile devices
  • Minimum 1-2 years of inventory and/or food service experience
  • Experience with produce or specialty food inventory control
  • Food safety certifications

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to count large quantities of product (items, cases, pallets)
  • Good listening skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and suggest improvements
  • Self-motivated and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements
