Job summary

Five Below is hiring an Inventory Associate in Indianapolis to support cycle counting and accuracy across distribution locations. You will use RF handheld devices and Manhattan WMS while maintaining safe, efficient inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Locate and verify inventory across all locations (quantity, item, description)
• Use RF devices and systems to track and manage inventory accurately
• Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and communicate findings promptly
• Partner with leadership to resolve damages, invalid UPCs, and zero on-hand inventory
• Perform calculations to support inventory counts and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control processes
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality standards
