Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in inventory control, strong math skills, and familiarity with SAP. This is a day-shift position offering growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, materials, production, or cost accounting environment.
• Experience with cycle counts and record reconciliation preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing, and inventory control functions.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong math and numeric aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily counts and reconciliations in line with inventory control, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and problem solving related to inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in company culture activities to promote continuous improvement and team engagement.
• Monitor count completeness reports; identify materials to be counted; help ensure 100% count accuracy.
• Input and maintain count records and reports via SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Inventory Control Associate to join their team. As a Inventory Control Associate, you will be part of the Inventory Management Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $20.00/hourly

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
