Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support rental fleet inventory management and coordination across regions. You will monitor inventory via Power BI, work with sales and customers, and help ensure timely repairs, deliveries, and accurate stock levels.

The role requires 1+ year sales experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools. A safety-conscious mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work with rental fleet assets.
• HDPE & McElroy knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental fleet inventory day-to-day using Power BI monitoring.
• Provide inventory control support for specific regions and customers.
• Coordinate repairs and unit delivery with sales and customers.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
• Use Outlook, Teams and other platforms to communicate solutions to customers.

General areas of responsibility include coordination and collaboration with our sales team, intermediaries, and internal customers. Coordinating rental repairs and unit delivery needs with customers and sales to create a cohesive and high-performing business model.Areas of impact:Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set procedures.Problem solving:Problems and issues faced are routine and solutions are clear. Follows a well-established and familiar set of job activities and/or job processes to solve a problem.Job duties:Completes advanced duties associated with rental fleet inventory management on a day-to-day basis via Power BI based monitoring.Delivers rental inventory support to specific regions, may align with specific types of business and/or customers.Completes complex or new tasks, and assists sales team with own technical knowledge.Has a mechanical sense to repair and upkeep rental fleet.Works closely with various departments such as field sales, Category Management, customers, and our blended partners.Provides applicable inventory control measures to ensure our rental fleet is monitored and working correctlyWorks through Outlook, Teams, Excel & other various platforms to solution and communicate solutions for our external customers.Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.Regular and reliable attendanceOther duties as assignedQualifications and requirementPrior experience:1+ Years Sales experience preferred.
